Medical Program
51½ΦΙδ is proud to offer a PPO medical plan that gives our employees the option to choose their own providers. Our plan offers a wide range of medical and preventive care services to meet the employeesβ medical care needs. Dependent medical coverage is available at a reasonable, additional cost. Prescription coverage is also included, and a βmail-inβ prescription plan is available for maintenance drugs to save even more money.
Retirement & Life Insurance
Helping our employees plan for their financial future has always been a priority for 51½ΦΙδ. To assist our employees, we offer professional financial consulting by industry experts for our employees, as well as a 51½ΦΙδ-sponsored retirement program. 51½ΦΙδ contributes, on behalf of our employees, a percentage of salary to the employee's 51½ΦΙδ-sponsored retirement plan. Employees are also encouraged to contribute on their own behalf.
This 51½ΦΙδ-paid life insurance plan provides financial protection for our employees' beneficiary(ies).
Voluntary Insurance Plans (Optional)
To supplement the various personal needs of employees, different insurance plans are available to purchase, such as disability, cancer, critical illness, accident, and GAP insurance. Our insurance broker will answer their questions and help them find the plans(s) and peace of mind for their own situations.
